Baked Littlehampton has been a project in development for many years now. Years of learning, building, dreaming, gaining experience and a desire to produce healthy, affordable artisan sourdough for our local community have led us to this moment.

Small batch, organic sourdough bread baked fresh and available locally. Not many ingredients go into making our simple bread but it is what we leave out that contributes equally. You will not find seed oils, bread improvers, ‘commercial sourdough culture’ or shortcuts; only organic flour, water and salt, long fermented and baked hot.

I love what I do and look forward to every bake, another chance to make it perfect. It never is, close sometimes and great quite often but the process allows me to live my favourite part of this life.

Chasing perfection, while embracing imperfection.

This is only the beginning of our small bakery, how far it goes is entirely dependant on the demands of our rapidly growing community.
